Why QuickInsight exists
I spent over 10 years leading organizations through hard decisions — restructurings, competing offers, leadership transitions, and moments where staying or leaving meant everything for the people involved. During the pandemic, I managed decisions under pressure that affected hundreds of people's careers and livelihoods, often with no playbook and no time.
That experience of making consequential calls with incomplete information — and watching how much a sharp outside read can change the outcome — is what QuickInsight is built from. Most people facing a hard work decision don't have easy access to that kind of perspective. QuickInsight is an attempt to close that gap.
How QuickInsight approaches decisions
QuickInsight offers a free AI-assisted first read for hard work decisions — staying or leaving a job, a job offer or counter-offer, leadership and workplace dynamics, or founder and equity questions — built around a structured framework designed to surface the trade-off, the blind spot, and a next move, rather than a generic list of options.
For people who want to go deeper, there are optional paid continuations — a short written take, a fuller memo, or a short call. The goal in every case is the same: help you see your own situation more clearly so you can make your own call with more confidence, not hand you a verdict.
