Questions people ask
Why is an ex-COO building QuickInsight?
Because a sharp, honest outside read shouldn't depend on knowing the right person. Hard work decisions follow patterns I've seen up close, hundreds of times. I'm building the kind of clear, independent read I wish I'd had access to.
No course, no coaching package, no "transform your life" promise. One clear outside read on one decision.
Do you need to know my industry or my company?
No. You bring the context: your role, how your company handles reviews and pay, what you were told and what you saw. QuickInsight looks at the decision itself: what weighs in your case, what's easy to miss when you're close to it, and what's still unknown. You know your field better than anyone. The read is there to inform your own decision.
What can the first read help with here?
Asking for a raise, wanting a promotion, a promotion that went to someone else or was pushed back, a new title with the same pay, doing the work of a higher role, or work that goes unseen or that your manager takes credit for. The read sorts out what you were told and what you saw, how your company decides, who knows your work, and what changes if you raise it now or later.
It won't tell you what you're worth or what number to ask for. It helps you see your case before the conversation.
Is the free first read AI?
Yes. The free first read uses AI to give you an instant, structured starting point. It should be useful on its own.
If you want to keep going, the next step may be an optional paid Deep Read. Pricing and formats may change during early access while I test what people actually value.
Is this advice or coaching? What about my rights?
No. QuickInsight is informational only. It isn't coaching, legal advice, financial advice, therapy or consulting. I don't tell you what to do or what to ask for. I offer a structured outside read on your situation so you can make your own decision with more clarity.
What you're entitled to on pay, titles or contracts depends on the country. Where that may matter in your case, the read says so.
What happens to my information?
You don't have to use your real name, and I don't need your company or role. Describe your situation honestly. If a later step needs email delivery, I'll ask for your email explicitly. Your case stays between us.
Built from hard calls

Ex-COO and founder
Built by Luciano Bullorsky, ex-COO and founder, with 10+ years leading teams through complex decisions.
During the pandemic, Luciano made calls under pressure that affected hundreds of people's careers and livelihoods, with no playbook and no time. That experience of deciding under incomplete information is what drives QuickInsight.
The system is designed around my operating style: separate what you were told from what you saw, name the real constraint, and avoid fake certainty.
